NewHall Watches is a family owned business committed to providing top-class customer service. The founder originates from a family of luxury jewellery and craftsmanship and brings his expertise and passion to help you find the best timepieces at prices you'll love.

How do you manage to sell your watches for so cheap?

We source our watches from all over the world to find you the best watches at the best possible prices. Additionally, we have very small overheads so are able to pass on those savings to you!

How do I know your watches are genuine?

All products sold on NewHall Watches come with the original brand packaging and are supplied with their booklets and certificate of authenticity (where applicable). All our watches are guaranteed to be authentic and original. You can find out more on our Authentication Guarantee page.

Do your watches come with guarantees?

Yes, all watches sold by us come with a 2 year warranty. You can find out more on our Product Warranty page.

Do your watches come boxed?

Yes, all our watches come with the original brand packaging.

Are batteries included in the watches?

Yes, all watches are supplied fully functioning with batteries.

What are your payment options?

You will be able to check out securely with PayPal, or pay using your debit or credit card.

Do you offer any additional discounts?

We do offer seasonal, as well as occasional promotions; make sure to sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss out!

How much is postage and packaging?

All of our watches come with free Royal Mail First Class delivery as standard. You will have the option to select Next Day Before 1pm Guaranteed if you need the watch quicker, or Royal Mail International Tracked if you wish to post the watch overseas; both these options will incur a charge, which can be found on the individual product page. Read this from Royal Mail for more information, or feel free to contact us to check postage details before you place your order. 

How long will shipping take?

For all orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm; we aim to post your watch on the same day, so you should receive it the next working day. Orders placed Friday to Monday can take up to four working days. You can read more on our Delivery Information page.

Do you have a store or would I be able to collect my watch in person?

We are online retailers only, so unfortunately you won’t be able to browse or pick up your watch in person.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

We ship all watches with tracked and signed for delivery. If your shipment is delayed or you have not received it within the designated time period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I return my watch?

We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Read our Returns Information and/or to start your returns process.

Do you offer extra such as selling watch straps, an engraving service or fix watches?

We don't offer an engraving service. As for watch straps and fixing watches; we would carry out this work if it falls under the warranty we offer (e.g. if the strap has developed a fault due to a manufacture defect we would offer a replacement strap, as well as a watch developing a fault due to manufacture defect, we would fix it.) If you have bought your watch from us, or the work doesn't fall under the warranty then this is not a service we offer.
